In a major coup for the North-East, The Women's Lifestyle Show sponsored by Nuffield Health will take place at the AECC on May 8^th and 9^th.

Hosted by the BBC's and GMTV's nutritionist Amanda Hamilton (Something for The Weekend), the show is set to showcase the very best of Wellbeing, Fashion, Beauty, and Home.

This fun show includes talks from Amanda on 'How to lose weight and keep it off', 'Ultimate body makeover' and 'How to become the woman you want to be'.

The vibrant mix of show and exhibition will include the Veuve Clicquot Champagne Bar, Bon Accord / St Nicholas Shopping Centre and John Lewis Catwalk showing 4 fashions shows per day including brands such as Kurt Geiger, Karen Millen and Coast. Live beauty, hair and make-up demonstrations and Fitness and health tips from Nuffield Health - and of course the chance to shop 'til you drop!

Exhibitors from all over the UK will be on show giving the much anticipated 'Girl's Day Out' a date not to be missed.

The exhibition will include the Champagne Bar, Chill Out Zone and John Lewis Catwalk featuring brands such as Kurt Geiger, Karen Millen and Coast. There will also be live beauty, hair and make-up demonstrations, celebrity health tips and, of course, the chance to shop until you drop!

Sponsors of the show include Nuffield Health, John Lewis, the Bon Accord & St Nicholas Shopping Centres, and Malmaison. And they are supported by a number of exciting exhibitors, including Veuve Clicquot.

Tickets are priced £7.50 for advance purchase or £9 on the door. Tickets are available from the Bon Accord Centre throughout weekends in April, online or by telephone.
